Tiina Liimatainen brings extensive experience from the hotel industry, including hotel management, sales, hospitality technology and smart locking solutions.
For the past 13 years, Tiina has worked in sales of hotel technology, guest room products and smart locking systems.
She also knows Be-Tech locking solutions extremely well, having previously been involved in supplying them to approximately 70 hotels across Finland.
What continues to inspire Tiina after so many years in the hospital ityindustry?
"What inspires me most is solving the everyday challenges hotels face, improving operational efficiency and finding solutions that make lifeeasier for both hotel staff and guests."
This philosophy fits perfectly with Elena's approach. Technology should never be an end in itself – it should genuinely make everyday operations easier for our customers.
And outside work?
During the summer, you'll often find Tiina out at sea enjoying boating. She also enjoys
padel and Latin dancing, especially salsa. Hospitality and sales seem to run in the family too – one of her sons works in tourism and the other insales. 😊
