Solo Sokos Hotel Lahden Seurahuone implemented Elena’s Easy Lite internal communication system, designed to support efficient daily operations and smooth communication across hotel services.

  • the solution supports a premium-level service experience

The project was delivered in a controlled and timely manner. On the customer side, the cooperation was coordinated by

Mia Stenberg, working closely with the hotel team. On Elena’s side, commercial responsibilities were handled by Kimmo Vainio, while technical delivery and installation were led by Petteri Järvinen together with Elena’s technical team.
