Break Sokos Hotel Himos is a unique and new concept within the Sokos Hotels chain, combining active holidays, nature, and modern services into one distinctive destination. The hotel opened just in time for the upcoming ski season, requiring all technical systems to be fully operational from day one.

As part of the opening project, Elena’s Easy Lite internal communication system was implemented to support smooth and efficient communication within the hotel’s daily operations.

The Easy Lite solution enables flexible internal communication across different areas of the hotel, supporting mobile staff work and ensuring quick response to service requests and operational needs.

The project was carried out in close cooperation with the Break Sokos Hotel Himos management and staff. On the customer side, the project was led together with Lassi Lehosmaa and his team. From Elena’s side, the project was delivered by Kimmo Vainio and Petteri Järvinen, together with Elena’s technical team.

“The schedule was tight, but the cooperation worked extremely well. We were able to complete the system in time for the hotel opening, and the result supports the hotel’s daily operations effectively,” says Elena’s project team.

Both Break Sokos Hotel Himos and Elena are very satisfied with the outcome – everything is ready for the upcoming ski season and beyond.
